Who we are

Kimila Serviços, Lda is a Mozambican company delivering industrial, environmental and operational services to mining, industry, healthcare, banking and public-sector clients. Founded in 2018, we work across the whole country: our head office is in Maputo and our largest contracts today run in Maputo and Tete.

We provide integrated solutions across industrial operations and maintenance, environmental management and consultancy, general building and office cleaning, solid waste collection and transport, refractory works, industrial metalwork, landscaping and grounds maintenance, and licensed labour supply.

Every contract is executed with certified personal protective equipment, documented procedures and continuous supervision.

Capability

Industrial & mining operations

Crews working to the client's production plan, shift system and safety rules — on active sites in Tete Province.

  • Heavy equipment operation & support

    Qualified operators and support crews for excavators, dozers, wheel loaders and haul trucks on active mining sites.

  • Industrial maintenance

    Planned and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, executed under permit-to-work and lock-out/tag-out controls.

  • Refractory & metalwork packages

    Refractory lining of furnaces, boilers and kilns. Structural steel fabrication and on-site assembly. Welding, cutting and mechanical repairs. Shutdown and turnaround support teams.

  • Site cleaning, grounds & waste handling

    Industrial housekeeping, reservoir and tank cleaning, upkeep of green areas and access ways, and disposal of solid waste generated by the operation.

    Every shift opens with an HSD: it sets out the day’s activities, maps the health and safety risks, and defines the operating procedures and best practice to follow.

  • Certified PPE

    Hard hat, eye, respiratory and hearing protection, gloves, high-visibility clothing and safety footwear — issued, inspected and replaced.

  • Risk assessment

    Task-based assessments before work begins, with permits, isolation and lock-out/tag-out where the activity requires it.

  • Competence & training

    Induction, task-specific training and refreshers, with records kept for every employee on every contract.

  • Incident reporting

    Open reporting of incidents and near-misses, root-cause investigation, corrective actions tracked to closure.
